Dameain Williams is an award-winning mixologist extraordinaire and aspiring mentor to newcomers in this exciting business. Williams’ is always on the lookout to expand his influence not only in his native Barbados, but internationally. At present he owns The Barman at Harrison’s Cove in Barbados (currently closed due to Covid-19). He’s looking to expand his holdings to eventually include a restaurant and bar. Williams has participated and won numerous competitions and has showcased his talents at the Barbados Food and Rum Festival.

He travels extensively to the United States, United Kingdom and France. He’s appeared at the Rum and Rhythm Festival in New York, the Newport Mansions Food and Wine Festival, and Pub in the Park in the UK. Dameain is also a Brand Ambassador for Plantation Rum, one of the world’s most popular rum brands. Dameain has won numerous mixology competitions including the Malibu Cocktail. More recently, Dameian has been called upon to officiate numerous competitions.
